Free USPS Ground shipping on all USA & PR on orders over $75.00

 

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once UPS/USPS has picked up your package. We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address enter at checkout.

 

USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

 

UPS Ground: All orders ship out Colorado Springs, Colorado. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email.

 

Lost Packages

 

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. Delays can occur due to any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing and lost/incorrect deliveries may occur. Please keep an eye on your package with the tracking information provided. You can contact UPS or USPS directly as the receiver of the package; you can also contact us, and we can try our best to facilitate the situation.

 

But we cannot replace or reimburse items until we have completed the retrieval process with UPS or USPS. It can start with a Find my Lost Mail Claim and lead all the way to creating a claim to get insurance for the package. We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you. We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible to retrieve your package.
